Grand brunch on the Easter holidays


Easter is when everything grows and sprouts, when spring lifts our spirits, when new things emerge. And Easter means family brunch!

Lots of young, fresh and crispy treats await you at the Easter brunch on both holidays at the Seehaus in the English Garden.

On Easter Sunday, 5th and Easter Monday, 6th April 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Fresh croissants and Danish pastries, various spreads, fresh juices, 1 glass of sparkling wine, coffee and tea, sliced fruit, fruit salad in a glass, chia pudding, yoghurt and Bircher muesli, Munich white sausages, egg dishes cooked to order

Starters
Roast beef, tartare sauce, vitello tonnato, San Daniele ham with melon, Easter ham, freshly opened oysters, keta caviar, marinated and smoked salmon, crevettes rosé, prawn cocktail, seafood salad, steak tartare, various delicatessen salads such as Greek farmer's salad with feta, couscous, cucumber salad, Trampo Mallorquin, colourful salad station from the Böck market garden with dressings and toppings

Soup
Wild garlic and celery cream soup with croutons

Main courses
Pasta station: freshly cooked conchiglioni with fresh Parmesan and asparagus, wild garlic and/or prawns, pork medallions in morel cream sauce, braised lamb shank, sea bream with saffron beurre blanc, selection of side dishes such as grigliata mista, beans, rosemary potatoes 

Dessert
Easter lambs and Easter flatbread, yoghurt mousse, rhubarb, sweet Easter eggs, lemongrass crème brûlée, carrot cake, Esterhazy slice and a selection of Upper Palatinate cheeses
