Jan Hoffmanns Pop Up
Something new and fun! Jan Hoffmann has been schooeld in first-class restaurants by great chefs. He won his Michelin star in 2016 and 2017, which he successfully defended in 2018 (with vegetarian cuisine). Jan traspires the theme of sustainability in his work, he even does this without tropical fruits and pepper.
We have given Jan Hoffmann space for a pop up, where he will cook two menus until the end of September 2022, one vegetarian and one with fish and meat. He reinvents the menus every four weeks; they are served (with wine accompaniment if desired) at a sensational price in the Stüberl and on the Stüberl terrace.
